1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Cyenetic Solutions Ltd. ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Cyenetic Solutions Ltd. provides cybersecurity services including but not limited to penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, security consultation, and related services. The scope of work is defined in individual service agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide written authorization before any security testing is conducted
  • Ensure all systems to be tested are properly identified and scoped
  • Maintain appropriate backups of data prior to testing
  • Designate a point of contact for communication during engagements

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information exchanged during the engagement. Findings, reports, and any discovered vulnerabilities will be treated as strictly confidential and shared only with authorized personnel.

5. Limitation of Liability

Cyenetic Solutions Ltd. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question.

6. Intellectual Property

All tools, methodologies, and proprietary software used by Cyenetic Solutions Ltd. remain our intellectual property. Deliverables and reports provided to clients become the client's property upon receipt of full payment.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, all confidentiality obligations remain in effect.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
